Heaven and Heal

by Diego Arevalo MEXICO
for Cervecería Genial in Mexico - 13/06/2025
Heaven and Hell is a limited-edition beer series by Cervecería Genial that merges storytelling, Mexican folklore, and visual satire. Across five styles, each can introduces an original character embodying the struggle between good and evil, from sharp political caricatures to everyday deities. Designed with 360° digital shrink-sleeve printing, the labels feature intricate illustrations inspired by papel picado, Otomí embroidery, and religious iconography. Vivid colors, layered textures, and symbolic details create striking narratives that honor Mexico’s cultural heritage. The result is a collection of collectible cans that transcend packaging, serving as altars of identity, irony, and tradition—bringing art, history, and craft beer together in one bold vision.
