Green Teams Activation, Collaborative Murals
To activate PepsiCo Green Teams in different regions we came up with an experiential initiative to create a collaborative mural across the different offices with a defined graphic style, dedicated to forging a culture of pep+ by inspiring, empowering, and engaging our colleagues to make a positive and collaborative impact at work.
The first challenge to overcome was building an extension for the Green Teams Visual Identity that could build a bridge between what already exists and the new necessity of expressing the mission of creating a pep+ culture at work, through the expressivity of the mural we could easily represent the most iconic animals, landscape and vegetation of the region, with a new extended color palette.
