PARTICIPANTS

All works of EPHEMERAL ARCHITECTURE and EPHEMERAL INTERIOR DESIGN from around the world completed in 2025 and 2026 are eligible to enter the EMPORIA Awards 2026. Submissions are open to architects, interior decorators, designers, agencies, specialized companies, and other professionals or firms related to ephemeral architecture and ephemeral interior design.

2. EMPORIA Award for the Best Construction Based on Prefabricated Structures for an Event (stands, tents, ramps, bridges, etc.)

3. EMPORIA Award for the best decoration for a shareholders' meeting or assembly.

PRESENTATION OF REGISTRATION MATERIAL

1. To register your entries, access your user profile. If you are not yet a Veredictas user, click the orange SUBMIT ENTRIES button and follow the steps.
2. If the work you wish to register is already in your Veredictas profile gallery, you can submit it without having to upload it again.
3. Each entry may contain up to 5 images of the work (1 main image + 4 additional images), in color, landscape orientation, sized 1,024 x 768 pixels at 72 dpi, in JPG format and RGB color space. (If you do not have the image or images available at the time of registration, you may complete your entry and add or modify the images later, before the submission deadline.)
4. For a better evaluation of the submitted works, we recommend attaching an explanatory text of up to 800 characters describing its key aspects.
5. For entries that include a video, the entrant must indicate this in the project description so the jury can view it. The video must have a maximum duration of 60 seconds.
6. At the express request of the jury, in order to properly assess each entry, it is mandatory and essential to attach a PDF (no page limit) containing additional photos and images, floor plans, perspective drawings, etc., as well as a detailed description of the work, its features, materials used, client requirements, and any relevant information needed to evaluate the project thoroughly.
7. Entering the EMPORIA Awards does not entail the transfer of any copyright to the organization. The organization solely reserves the right to use and reproduce images of the submitted entries on social media, in the catalog, or in any media it deems appropriate to promote the authors or the awards.
8. The participant declares that they are the legitimate author or hold express authorization to submit the work, and holds the organization harmless from any copyright claims.
9. The organization declines any responsibility regarding the authenticity of the information provided by entrants in the registration forms.
10. To preserve impartiality, logos or any identifying marks of the author are not permitted in the submitted images, unless the project is self-promotional. Failure to comply with this rule may result in disqualification at the jury's discretion.
11. The organization reserves the right to exclude any entries that are offensive, unlawful, or contrary to social ethics.

REGISTRATION FEES

1. Participants may submit as many entries as they consider appropriate, submitting a separate entry form for each work presented.
2. The same work may be entered into more than one category; in this case, each entry is treated independently. As such, the corresponding registration fee must be paid for each category to which it is submitted.
3. Each entry in the EMPORIA Awards must be formalized by paying the corresponding registration fee (an invoice will be provided).
4. The official call for entries for the EMPORIA Awards 2026 is open from October 20 to December 18, 2026.
5. Registration fees:
   • €150 per submitted work during the launch phase, until November 3.
   • €200 per submitted work during the standard phase, until December 2.
   • €250 per submitted work during the EXTENDED DEADLINE, until Friday, DECEMBER 18.
6. EARLY ENTRY Advantage: Don't wait until the last minute—the earlier you enter your projects, the lower your registration fee.
7. VOLUME Discount: Increase your chances of winning an EMPORIA AWARD with 3 entries! Take advantage of this offer: if you register 3 or more entries, the 3rd entry is free at any date (applies once).
8. INDUSTRY SUPPORT Discount: Enjoy an additional 10% discount—combinable with other benefits—by selecting the organization to which you would like us to donate 10% of your entry fee. "Support Program for Professional Organizations" by the Veredictas International Foundation.
9. Remember: The deadline for submitting entries is Friday, December 18, 2026.

THE JURY

1. The Grand Jury of the EMPORIA Awards 2026 is composed exclusively of representatives appointed by prominent schools of architecture, professional associations, industry bodies in ephemeral architecture and ephemeral interior design, and specialized trade media.
2. Veredictas is not part of the jury nor does it appoint any of its members.
3. The Jury's decision is sovereign and does not admit any interference or suggestions from the organization.
4. Depending on the category, the Jury will evaluate criteria such as: architectural design / construction solution / communicative impact / quality of production and technical execution / environmental sustainability and recyclability, as well as any aspects it deems valuable and relevant to each work.
5. Jury members may not have any ties or affiliation with any submitted entry.
6. The jury will vote on the entries during January 2027, and the verdict will be made public in February 2027.
7. The Jury will select up to 10 shortlisted entries and one winning entry for each category. All participants will be notified of the verdict.

EMPORIA AWARDS 2026 CEREMONY

1. Details regarding the EMPORIA Awards 2026 ceremony will be communicated in due course, allowing ample time for awardees to arrange their attendance.
2. EMPORIA Awards 2026 winners will receive the EMPORIA trophy during the ceremony at no additional cost.
3. For authors of winning entries of the EMPORIA Award who do not attend the ceremony and do not specify alternative shipping preferences, their award will be sent via courier at their expense. For authors of entries recognized with the EMPORIA Selection who do not attend the ceremony and do not specify alternative shipping preferences, their diploma will be sent by postal mail.
4. The organization will issue duplicate diplomas and trophies to entrants upon request. (Request additional awards or diplomas)
5. Any queries or misunderstandings will be resolved at the organization's discretion.

The EMPORIA Award is excellence standards certified by the VEREDICTAS INTERNACIONAL FOUNDATION.
