Marejada, an underwater menu

Marejada, this event was named in this event in which 4 Galician chefs gathered in La Botería de Huesca to create a special menu of 9 dishes where the sea was the protagonist of each one of them.
For this reason we created this menu submerged in sea water in which we use stone paper, special water-resistant inks and a corporate red methacrylate fish swimming inside.
