PRESENTATION OF REGISTRATION MATERIAL

• To facilitate the registration of works and the evaluation process, only works presented through registration on the Verdicts platform will be admitted.

• Each entry must contain 1 image (it can be a collage of different images) in color of the work presented, in size 1,024x768 pixels at 72 dpi, in JPG format and RGB color space.

• For a better evaluation of the works presented, it is recommended to attach a brief explanation of max. 800 characters describing relevant aspects, as well as the possibility of attaching a PDF (without the author's details)

• The organization reserves the right to use and reproduce the works in catalogue, audiovisual or in the media it deems appropriate in order to promote the awards.

• The organization declines all responsibility regarding the authenticity of the data expressed by the participants in the registration forms.

• The appearance of logos or other signs of the author in the images presented is not permitted, except if the work is self-promotional. Failure to comply with this rule could be, at the discretion of the jury, grounds for disqualification.

REGISTRATION RIGHTS AND DATES.

• Registration fees for the 1st. registered work are FREE.

(only applicable once per author)

• Participants must register for each work presented, and may submit as many works as they deem appropriate.
• The same work can be registered in more than one category; if this is the case, each registration will be independent. In this case, it must be registered with its registration rights for each category to which it is presented.
• Each registration for the PELIKANOR award must be formalized by paying the corresponding registration fees (invoice sent).
• The official call for the PELIKANOR 2023 Award is from October 15 to December 15, 2023.

The registration of the 1st. work is free. Registration fees from the 2nd. work are:

1. 1. 40$ per work registered in the opening phase, until October 31.
   2. 60$ per work registered in the regular phase until November 30.
   3. 80$ per work registered in the EXTRA DEADLINE, until registration closes on December 15.

DEADLINE: The deadline for registering works is Friday, December 15, 2023 (extra deadline from December 1 to 15).

1. The International jury of the PELIKANOR 2023 Award is made up exclusively of members designated by recognized organizations and specialized media in the world of illustration .

1. Neither Veredictas nor any member of his organization is part of the jury.
2. The Jury's decision is sovereign and does not accept any interference or suggestion in the verdict, by the organization or its collaborators.
3. The Jury will evaluate aspects such as: creativity, style, clarity, coherence, function, message, language, innovation, commercial value, interrelation of the different disciplines and professionals, communication capacity and those aspects that are considered relevant to each work.
4. The members of the jury cannot be linked to any registered work.
5. The Jury will select up to 10 finalist works and one winning work for each category. All participants will be informed of the verdict.
6. The jury will evaluate the works in the month of JANUARY 2024, with the verdict announced below.

THE PELIKANOR AWARD:

1. Only 1 PELIKANOR GOLD Award will be awarded per category and will be delivered to the registration holder. Along with the PELIKANOR Trophy, 1 Diploma certified by Veredictas Internacional will be awarded.
2. Veredictas Internacional will be delivered to all the authors of the works that obtain a PELIKANOR selection.
3. Those awarded with a PELIKANOR Award or Selection will receive their award without shipping costs to the address of their Veredictas user profile .
4. The organization will issue duplicates of the Award or Selection Diploma, and the trophies of the winners to the participants who request it. ( Request additional awards or diplomas )
5. Any doubt or misunderstanding will be resolved at the discretion of the organization.

The PELIKANOR Award is a standard of excellence certified by Veredictas Internacional.
